• Within Egypt: Orders are processed within 5 business days, and shipping takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

• We currently ship within Egypt only.

• Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

• Since our products are custom-made according to your request, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order in case of any issue.

• We will reprint or issue a refund after reviewing the case.
